While examining the basement of a potential apartment, my fiance said to me,

We got the apartment.

Scenario:

Boy walks through campus.

Sees Girl from high school.

Stops to chat.

Girl asks about his Girl.

Boy asks about her Boy.

Girl: "Remember how in high school we'd talk about getting married and moving to Hawaii and having a dolphin for a pet?"

Boy: "Yeah, Girl and I are planning on doing that."

Girl: "No you're not."

Boy: "...Yes we are, we talk about it all the time, I'm going to grad school there, etc. etc."

Girl: "....."

Boy: "....."

Girl: "...My boyfriend wants to live in Logan. My life SUCKS."

Girl: *stalks off*

Boy: "Hahahahahaha"



Should have chosen a cooler Boy. We agree with you Girl. Your life does, in fact, suck.

Today happiness has been my new "go, go power rangers" ringtone. Everytime I hear the beepity beep of a T message coming my way I feel like I'm being called to go save the world.

So at church on Sunday,

The girl missionaries come up to me. I think they like me because I speak English.
One says, "Do you like to sing?" I say,
"No."
(This is true.)
"You should totally come and sing with us! We're singing at a fireside in a few weeks, we're practicing this week, and its in English!"
I am appreciating the fact that they are trying to include me, really, I am.
But then...

"Come on, there will be some really cute guy missionaries there!"

SERIOUSLY?
Hahahahahahaha.
